Men's Church League Fall Softball Sponsorship Agreement

All checks are to be made payable to Poplar Bluff Parks and Recreation Department

Sponsorship fees must be received by Park Department in order for team to be included on schedule.

Cost per team is $350 with $10 online convenience fee.

Registration is through August 31, 2023

Registration is not complete until payment is received.
